
Brickner's of Antigo is looking to add a service manager to our family.
Job Description:Â Monitor and troubleshoot overall success of the service department. This includes managing service profit, sales objectives, service advertising and traffic building. One of the main goals would be to oversee our customer satisfaction and handling, service lane processes, technician performance and training.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Dispatching Repair Orders
- Hiring and Coaching Technicians and Service Advisors
- Ensuring proper training levels of service staff
- Working with other departments within the dealership to meet customer needs and demands
- Creating service offers and advertising campaigns
- Occasional writing up of customers
- Maintaining warranty claim compliance
- Dealing with customer concerns and communicating with other management staffs
- Maintaining and auditing department expenses
- Keeping a safe, efficient workplace.
